A graduate of Spelman College and the University of Georgia School of Law in Atlanta, Sarah brings both academic excellence and practical insight to her work. Before joining the firm, she gained experience at a leading Atlanta-based corporate law practice, where she advised clients in the finance and technology sectors.

Nicolas Arden
Managing Partner
Nicolas is the Managing Partner of Argo and leads the Corporate & Commercial practice. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, complex financing transactions, and corporate governance.
He studied law at the University of Heidelberg and earned his doctorate in corporate law from the University of Munich. Before co-founding the firm, he worked with a leading international law firm in Frankfurt and Brussels, where he gained extensive experience in cross-border deals and regulatory compliance.

Lisa Chang is the Firm Secretary, overseeing scheduling, correspondence, and document management to ensure the smooth operation of the firm. She is often the first point of contact for clients, providing professionalism and efficiency in every interaction.
Raised in California, Lisa studied Business Administration at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before completing a certification in Legal Office Administration at San Francisco State University. Her strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on administrative experience, makes her an integral part of the team.
